  2. Obiective • Realizarea modelului de sarcina 1 pentru evaluarea performantelor profesionale prin metoda SEAC (parte a unui proiect amplu de proiectare a unui sistem informatic); • Descompunerea sarcinii de evaluare a performantelor profesionale utilizand metoda GTA si notarea CTT.

  3. Conceptele GTA • Agenti: psiholog, experti, angajati. • Obiecte: organigrame, lista posturilor, fise de post, chestionare, interviu structurat, ghid de observatie. • Sarcini: analiza muncii, construirea SEAC, validare SEAC, generare raport.
